Second opinion on your reports

Before you commit to — or rule out — surgery, an independent review of your X-rays, MRI and reports can bring clarity. Especially for revision surgery, complex fractures and joint replacement decisions.

How it works

  • Step 1 — Send clear photos of your X-rays/MRI films or digital copies, previous prescriptions and a short description of the problem to the WhatsApp number below.
  • Step 2 — The case is reviewed, and clarifying questions may be asked.
  • Step 3 — You receive a structured opinion: what the imaging shows, what the reasonable options are, and whether an in-person consultation or further tests are needed.

When a second opinion is most valuable

  • You have been advised joint replacement and want to confirm it is truly needed now
  • A previous replacement has become painful and revision has been mentioned
  • A complex fracture (especially pelvis/acetabulum) needs a decision about surgery and its timing
  • You have been told a shoulder, elbow or infected joint is "beyond treatment"
A remote review of reports is guidance, not a consultation or prescription. Final decisions about surgery always require in-person clinical examination.
Is there a fee for the second opinion?

Details of the review process and any applicable fee are shared on WhatsApp before you send your reports — no surprises.

My films are physical, not digital. What do I do?

Photograph them against a bright window or white screen in a dark room, one film per photo, and send the images along with the written reports.
